Refund policy

According to our site's return policy, the buyer has the right to request a return;

 A) in case of expired products

 B) in the event of a manufacturing defect

 For returns the product must be in the condition you received it in unused with the tag and in its original packaging. Before receiving the product it is necessary to inspect it. If the product is defective damaged or you received the wrong product notify the sales representative immediately. In the case of online sales the buyer has the right to taset and then pay as there is no refunds after payment. Returns in the case of online sales are made on the spot, in the presenceof the courier. In case of a complate return of a parcel the buyer is obliged to pay the delivery amount 500 AMD.
